I’ve been so stressed lately. I haven’t eaten for about 7 days now. Slept maybe 3 hours all week.
Pretty much living on one protein shake a day.
Today while working I keep getting dizzy, and hands are twitching badly.
Other than that my body feels fine, but my lungs are hurting from plowing thru cigarettes faster than oxygen.
I just haven’t felt hungry lately, not sure if it’s from stress or depression or the combination.
But on the bright side I might loose some weight lol
